The Integrated Strategies Committee (ISC) shall lead the Commission’s efforts to identify and disseminate effective strategies and best practices that enhance coordinated, collaborative and seamless access to HIV prevention, care and treatment services, including mental health and substance abuse, to achieve the greatest impact on reducing incidence and HIV-related health disparities/inequities.
